Pretty cheesy tale about a professional bounty hunter who seeks revenge after his brother is murdered to prevent him from testifying in a Mafia trial. However, Gene is great fun to watch as the imprisoned Mafioso, and I got a kick as well out of Cyndi Pass as a Nikita-esque hired assassin (think Nikita without the conscience). And there are some great martial arts-type fight sequences if you're into that.
