Counterstrike was a Canadian series - kind of "La Femme Nikita" with more clear-cut morality. The premise is that a rich industrialist, who has lost his wife to a kidnapper, finances a team of special agents who fight terrorists and other assorted bad guys. The series starred Simon MacCorkindale and Stephen Shellen, who Nikita fans will remember from their guest starring roles in the first season.
