Very interesting episode of the new "Twilight Zone". Gene plays a man whose elderly father has undergone extensive surgery in order to prolong his life beyond natural limits. In short, dad (played by Ed Marinaro, who you may remember as Mitch on "Sisters") is about 60% machinery, and his brain is on a CD. Gene's character, Michael, wants to take over the family business and takes his father to court to prove that he is, in fact, more machine than man and as such is no longer alive and capable of running the company. While the character was written to come off as a jerk, ethically, you could certainly see his side of things and the moral questions raised by the episode were very interesting. And, if I may be shallow for a moment here, Gene looked especially great in this one. :-)
